Fully completed applications will be accepted with the required payment (in the form of cash, check, money order – debit/credit cards are not accepted at this time) at the Administrative Office, by mail, or e-mail.

- Permit must be accompanied by project description/type of use/attached plans. Application will be reviewed, and fee will be determined during this time. No work may be completed before the fee is paid and before DPW inspects the project. Inspection must occur before pour or any other work. Work is subject to be removed if these guidelines are not followed.
