All dogs over 5 months old must be licensed each year. Dog licenses are due April 1st, and a $10 late fee will be added to licenses returned after that date. Click here to view the form. Form, fee, and a copy of the current rabies vaccination are required. Please make sure the copy of the rabies vaccination includes the veterinarian, vaccination manufacturer, expiration date, and serial number. You may return to the Village office, in our drop-box, or mail it in with a stamped envelope to return the license. Only cash or check may be accepted at this time.
