The spring election will be held on Tuesday, April 3, 2018. The polls will be open at The Prairie School Johnson Athletic Center from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Races on the ballot in Wind Point include State Justice of the Supreme Court; Circuit Court Judge Branches 1, 5, 9 and 10; Racine County Supervisor; and Village Trustees. Absentee Voting – by mail
Absentee ballots for this election will be mailed out beginning on March 12 to electors on the permanent absentee ballot list and others who have submitted a request for this election. Other electors wishing to receive an absentee ballot by mail may do so by submitting a request online at http://myvote.wi.gov or at Village Office. Absentee ballots must be received by election day, April 3, in order to be counted for this election.

Absentee Voting – in person
In-person absentee voting will be available at the Village Office from March 19 through March 30 during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (The Office will be open for absentee voting on Good Friday, March 30). A valid photo ID is required to obtain a ballot.

Voter Registration
Residents wishing to register or re-register to vote may do so online at http://myvote.wi.gov, by mail or at the Village Office. Effective January 9, 2017 – eligible voters who hold a valid State of Wisconsin Driver License or State ID Card (WI DL/ID) that has their current name and address on file with the Wisconsin Department of Motor Vehicles (WI DMV) can complete the registration entirely online. If the voter is not able to match their information with the WI DMV records, then registration must be completed by submitting the registration form and proof of residence with the village clerk.
