Wind Point residents are invited to participate in the Racine Health Department’s Bicycle & Pedestrian Master Plan meeting on Thursday, October 22. Among other topics, the planners will be interested in identifying connections with Wind Point. The meeting is 5-7 p.m. at Festival Hall, 5 Fifth Ave. in Racine.
