The Village of Wind Point has received two proposals for the purchase and use of 336 Deepwood Drive (aka “Outlot 1”) in response to its request for proposals.

The proposals will be forwarded to the Plan Commission for analysis. The Plan Commission will then prepare a recommendation to the Village Board.
