The Village of Wind Point administers a joint municipal court for the Villages of Wind Point and North Bay. Municipal court sessions are held at the Lighthouse Hall, located at 4725 Lighthouse Dr. in Wind Point. The Court Clerk holds office hours at the Wind Point Administrative Office, located at 215 E. Four Mile Rd, Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

If you wish to plead guilty before your assigned court date, submit payment to Village of Wind Point at 215 E. 4 Mile Rd., Racine, WI 53402, or call the Village Court Clerk at 262-898-7071 to make payment arrangements.
If you wish to contest your citation, you must appear on your assigned court date. If you are unable to attend, contact the Court Clerk at 262-898-7071 to make other arrangements. You must provide the Court Clerk with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule a hearing time; requests made within 48 hours will NOT be approved. If you fail to appear at your assigned court date, you will be found guilty by default, and will be given 60 days to pay the citation(s).
Nonpayment of citation fines by due date will result in suspension of your driver’s license and fines may also be sent to State Debt Collection. Once you are turned over to State Debt collection, you can no longer pay the Village of Wind Point; please contact them directly at 608-264-0345 for payment information for these fines.

Payments for citations may be made by one of the following methods:
- Pay online with debit or credit card (a processing fee applies)
- Mail a check or money order to the Court Clerk at the Administrative Office, 215 E. Four Mile Rd., Racine, WI 53402. Checks should be made payable to the Village of Wind Point.
- Pay in-person with cash, check money order or debit/credit card (a processing fee applies) at the Administrative Office during office hours, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Leave a payment in the locked dropbox at the end of the driveway at the Administrative Office (check or money order only, please)
