The Village of Wind Point maintains 12.88 miles of public streets and rights of way, public roadway ditches, public roadway culvert crossings and other public drainage facilities, water utility infrastructure and storm sewers.
Streets Maintenance
Maintenance operations include crack sealing, pothole repair, shoulder maintenance and asphalt patching. To request the repair of a pot hole, please contact us.
PASER Ratings
The Village is required to perform Pavement Surface Evaluations and Ratings (PASER) on all Village-owned roads every odd-numbered year, and enter those ratings into Wisconsin DOT’s Local Roads Inventory (WISLR). The Village relies on PASER data for updating its 5-year Capital Improvement Plan.
Capital Improvement Planning
The Village maintains both a 5-Year Capital Improvement Plan and Equipment Replacement Program that are updated as part of the annual budget process.
