A spring primary election was held on Tuesday, February 21. The only race on the ballot in Wind Point was a statewide primary for the superintendent of public instruction. A total of 214 ballots were cast in the Village, which accounts for a 14.8% turnout of registered voters. Tony Evers received 130 votes, Lowell E. Holtz received 66 votes and John Humphries received 17 votes.
