The Village of Wind Point Water Utility now offers an ACH payment option for automatic payments of the quarterly water bills. To sign up, complete the ACH Authorization Form and submit it to the Village Office along with a voided check (for checking accounts). Click here to download the form.
Residents who are signed up for ACH payments will continue to receive a quarterly bill in the mail to inform them of water consumption and amount due. The deduction from the bank account will take place on the 15th of the month the bill is due (April, July, October, January). If the 15th falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday, your payment will be taken out on the following business day.
Please allow up to 30 days from when your authorization form is received for electronic payment to start. You should continue to mail in your payment by the due date until you see “Do Not Pay – ACH Withdrawal” stamped on the bill.
